public organization:

OWNERSHIP: belong to the government

OBJECTIVES: to serve the public or people in the society

RESOURCES: mostly from the tax collected from the people.

SYSTEM OF ACCOUNTABILITY: to the superior and also to the public.

SIZE AND COMPLEXITY: it is the largest organization and dominant force of the country.

private organization:

OWNERSHIP: belongs to the private ownership,,eg...owner,,shareholder and stakeholder.

OBJECTIVES: to maximize profite.

RESOURCES: resources are limited to only owner shakeholder and shareholder.

SYSTEM AND ACCOUNTABILITY: accountbility are only to owner and shareholder.

SIZE AND COMPLEXITY: it operate on a narrow and specialized range of activity.
